Alain Aubry
Alain has acted as Chairman of the French Book Club, where he took control through LBO in 1978. The company grew both internally and externally, in publishing (Encyclopaedia Universalis) and mail-order (le Grand Livre du Mois, le Club Français du Vin, Fleurance Nature). Alain holds an MBA from Harvard University.
Gilles Cahen-Salvador
Before creating LBO France in 1985, Gilles was Assistant Director at Banque Indosuez, in charge of the international banking network. Gilles holds an MBA from Stanford University (California), and a degree in law from the Paris Institute of Political Studies. He chairs the Supervisory Committee.
Jean-Paul Bize
Jean-Paul has brought a wealth of experience in industry and the services sector to LBO France's Supervisory Committee. He spent most of his career at Schlumberger, where he held several senior posts - CEO of the "Metering" business, subsequently CEO of "Smart Cards", which became Axalto, and of "Electronic Transaction Systems". In 1998 he became Vice-President of Schlumberger, and subsequently President and CEO of Actaris in 2001.
