Marie-Astrid joined LBO France in 2003.
She is responsible for compliance, relationship with regulatory bodies and financial administration of the management company and fund structures (FCPR).
Previously Marie-Astrid was financial controller at AXA Private Equity and focused on administration and control of FCPR/FCPI (French investment vehicles). She commenced her career in 1997 at Mazars where she was auditor in the financial sector.

Romain joined LBO France in 2010.
He began his career in 2003 as a financial analyst at the acquisition department of DTZ Asset Management.
In 2006 he became real estate asset manager specialized in non-residential portfolios management.

Arthur joined LBO France in 2010.
He began his career in 1995 as a financial analyst at Schneider mainly in New York. He then moved to strategy consulting where he spent more than 12 years within L.E.K. Consulting in Paris, handling a number of projects for industrial clients and being involved in over sixty projects for Private Equity clients, mostly strategic due diligences in LBO context.

Celine joined LBO France in 2011. She began her career in Telecommunications for almost 10 years at SAGEM, BOUYGUES and VIVENDI group. She started in Real Estate in 2006 at SCAPRIM GA and was in charge of large residential portfolios. Celine is a graduate of The ISC Paris business school. She also attends ICH classes at CNAM.

Thomas joined LBO France in 1999.
He joined Arthur Andersen as an auditor in 1995, specialising in due diligence in the private equity sector.

Laurent joined LBO France at the beginning of 2009.
His career began in 2000 at Calyon (formerly Crédit Agricole Indosuez) as Investment Manager for structured finance packages, initially in telecom projects and subsequently in leveraged finance.
In 2005 Laurent joined Intermediate Capital Group (ICG), the European mezzanine debt leader, as Assistant Director for the creation and structuring of subordinated debt and equity co-investment operations.

Agathe joined LBO France in 2011.
She began her career at Mazars within the unit dedicated to bankruptcy; her main missions: to support companies in difficulty in partnership with key stakeholders to participate in negotiations and Court in the search for potential buyers. Then she joined the Aubart & Associates to create the legal and judicial department to assume, besides legal missions of a portfolio of SMEs, the judicial expertises for evaluations of financial losses.
Agathe holds a double Master's degree, Judicial Careers and Business Law completed by a third audit cycle of company.

Alexandre joined LBO France in 2008. Before joining LBO France, Alexandre worked with Massena Partners and with PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditor.

Stéphanie joined LBO France in 2003.
She commenced her career in Morgan Stanley's real estate department in London in 1999, and then joined the Paris office to work on the MSREF real estate fund. She joined KPMG's Marseille operation in 2002.

Agathe joined LBO France in 2010. Before joining LBO France, Agathe was the manager of the London based Envie d'Art Gallery. She also worked with AXA Private Equity fundraising team (in Paris and London) and in the international development team (Africa) of Canal+.

Bruno joined LBO France in July 2006.
Previously, Bruno spent 6 years with PPR, the French retail and luxury group. His last position was Executive Vice President of Fnac, the leading book, music and consumer electronics retailer, with responsibility for running its French business.
He also held several high level positions in the French civil service as Inspecteur des Finances.

Before joining LBO France in 1993, Robert was a senior civil servant with the French Ministry of Finance where his last function was as head of the Budget Minister's office.

Anne de Bonnefon joined LBO France in 2011.
She started her career in 2000 as a strategy consultant at A.T. Kearney, then BearingPoint, where she performed due diligence for private equity funds. In 2006, she joined Unigestion, the Geneva-based alternative asset manager. As an Investment Manager, she selected European private equity funds, and as a Mandate Manager, she contributed to the development of the relationships between Unigestion and its largest institutional investors.

Jérôme joined LBO France in 2011.
He began his career in 2004 as an auditor with MAZARS. Then in 2008, he joined the Group Société de la Tour Eiffel, a property company investing exclusively in commercial real estate, listed on Euronext Paris, as Deputy Chief Financial Officer.

Matthieu joined LBO France in 2009.
Matthieu began his career in 1999 as an auditor with Deloitte. He then joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as Manager of the Transaction Services Department in 2001, where he was responsible for analysis and drawing up due diligence reports for industrial customers or private equity funds.
In 2006 Matthieu joined Société Générale's Leveraged Finance teams.

Jacques joined LBO France in 2009.
In 1997, Jacques commenced his career with BNP Paribas and held various positions in corporate banking and structured finance in France and in the US.
In 2003, he joined the French leveraged portfolio team of Royal Bank of Scotland in Paris and he was promoted head of the team in 2006.

Pierre Gallix joined LBO France in 2003.
He began his career in 1984 as an engineer on the SME/SMI market with IBM, and subsequently at Econom before helping to create and develop a number of SMEs (technology integration, computer distribution, mail-order sales, leasing). He spent nine years as strategy consultant at L.E.K. in London and Paris, where he conducted strategic and commercial audits on over fifty LBOs.

Philippe joined LBO France in 2011.
He spent 11 years in investment banking in London and Paris, working first for Salomon Smith Barney / Citigroup, then Hawkpoint Partners where he was Director in charge of the industrial, engineering and aerospace and defense sectors. He completed more than 40 M&A and capital market transactions, with a strong focus on LBOs.
He graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and the London School of Economics and teaches corporate finance and strategy at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris.

Jérôme joined LBO France in 1999.
In addition to his Télécom Paris engineering course, he studied law at the Assas faculty and obtained a DESS business and tax qualification. He passed the Paris bar exams in 1994 and worked with the British law firm Freshfields, specialising in mergers, acquisitions and tax law.

Eva joined LBO France in 2010. In 1997 Eva began her career with Arthur Andersen /Ernst & Young where she performed various financial due diligences during M & A, restructuring or litigation operations for Private Equity and Corporate clients. From 2005 to 2010 she worked for Fives, an industrial engineering group (investment of Chaterhouse/BPE funds) as Director of Financial Control.

Sonia joined LBO France in 2009.
Before joining LBO France, Sonia was an Auditor at Ernst and Young. She also worked with Credit Suisse (France) as a middle-office Funds administrator and with Hachette Livre as an internal controller.

Guy joined LBO France in 2010.
He began his career in 1971 as a consultant at Peat Marwick Mitchell.
In 1999, he has been CEO of the Redoute group (Redcats), then President of the Board of the Devanlay-Lacoste group and President of the international pole of Maus Frères group (Aigle, Gant, Parashop, Devanlay-Lacoste).
Guy is administrator of Maus Frères group and Lacoste SA.

Before joining LBO France in 2010 Céline was Head of the legal department at Compagnie la Lucette (MSREF). She began her career in 1997 at Archon Group (Goldman Sachs), collaborating to the Group’s disposals and sales until 2004. She moved to Bleecker Group where she was in charge of the legal aspects related to real estate, especially acquisitions and disposals until 2007.

Jean-Marie joined LBO France in 2003.
He acquired experience in the small cap segment since 1993 as an auditor with Ernst & Young, then as a senior banker with Paribas, and as Director of mergers & acquisitions at Dôme Close Brothers, where he worked on acquisitions and transfers for investment funds or corporate customers.

Soizick joined LBO France in 2008.
She began her career in 1979 as a translator at the headquarters of the Robert Bosch Group in Germany followed by the role of European co-ordinator at Applied Data Research. She joined HDI (Haftpflichtverband der Deutschen Industrie) in France and after that SGCA. Over 20 years, she made a major contribution to the activities of the International Affairs team, the office of the Supervisory Board and then the President's office at Valeo Group.

Laurent joined LBO France in 2010.
He started his career in 1995 at Giraudy then at CarnaudMetalbox as a financial controller before being in charge of management accounting for Star 21 Networks in Germany.
From 2005 to 2010, he worked for Cesar and Giraud (two investments of Butler Capital Partner Fund) as manager of management accounting.

Florent joined LBO France in 2011.
HFlorent began his career in 2004 as Business Support in structured finance at Calyon. He also worked at Ernst & Young and MWH in New-Zealand as project accountant.
Florent then joined the Middle Office team of the Royal Bank of Scotland in Paris as Vice-President where he was co-head of the department, for leveraged finance and corporate coverage.

Prior to join LBO France in 1997, Pascal was a managing partner of Oddo & Cie.
He developed this firm over 20 years.
Pascal is a founding member of the Euronext list and of the Securities Market Council.

Caterina joined LBO France in 2010.
She started her career in 1997 at L'Oréal and moved to BNP PARIBAS Asset Management, where she was in charge of marketing and communication for the umbrella fund Parvest and for RFPs for institutional clients.
In 2004, she joined AXA Private Equity where she contributed to the development of investor relations and fundraised many different funds.

Jaime joined LBO France in 2009.
He began his career in 1998 as a Sales Engineer with Lucent Technologies in France, and subsequently in Mexico and the US.
He then joined McKinsey & Co in 2002, where he handled various projects for industrial customers and private equity funds in Europe.
In 2006 he joined Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) in London, where he was responsible for structuring acquisitions and monitoring investment on the "Private Equity & Mezzanine" investment team.

Paulo joined LBO France in 2006.
He began his career at Fimat in 2001 at the internal audit and compliance department before joining Crédit Agricole Indosuez as internal controller of the back office. He then joined Fondinvest Capital in 2003 as financial controller of investment funds.

Sylvain joined LBO France in March 2010.
His career began in 1997 at CarnaudMetalbox where he worked as Financial Controller in Hungary and France in the Food and Beverage Divisions. In 2001, he joined the PricewaterhouseCoopers Transaction Services teams in Paris where he performed a number of financial due diligences in a context of major M&A operations for Private Equity or Corporate clients.

Dominik Zwerger joined LBO France in 2010.
He has started his career as financial analyst in the UK subsidiary of RCI Banque. He then moved into a Sales role in the structured products team at Barclays Capital in London. From 2007 to 2010, he has successively served as rapporteur and Deputy Secretary-General of the Comité Interministériel de Restructuration Industrielle (CIRI), the restructuring practice of the French Ministry of Finance.
