Marie-Astrid joined LBO France in 2003.
She is responsible for compliance, relationship with regulatory bodies and financial administration of the management company and fund structures (FCPR).
Previously Marie-Astrid was financial controller at AXA Private Equity and focused on administration and control of FCPR/FCPI (French investment vehicles).
She commenced her career in 1997 at Mazars where she was auditor in the financial sector.

Arthur joined LBO France in 2010.
He began his career in 1995 as a financial analyst at Schneider mainly in New York. He then moved to strategy consulting where he spent more than 12 years within L.E.K. Consulting in Paris, handling a number of projects for industrial clients and being involved in over sixty projects for Private Equity clients, mostly strategic due diligences in LBO context.

He joined Arthur Andersen as an auditor in 1995, specialising in due diligence in the private equity sector.

Laurent joined LBO France at the beginning of 2009.
His career began in 2000 at Calyon (formerly Crédit Agricole Indosuez) as Investment Manager for structured finance packages, initially in telecom projects and subsequently in leveraged finance.
In 2005 Laurent joined Intermediate Capital Group (ICG), the European mezzanine debt leader, as Assistant Director for the creation and structuring of subordinated debt and equity co-investment operations.

Bruno joined LBO France in July 2006.
Previously, Bruno spent 6 years with PPR, the French retail and luxury group. His last position was Executive Vice President of Fnac, the leading book, music and consumer electronics retailer, with responsibility for running its French business.
He also held several high level positions in the French civil service as Inspecteur des Finances.

Matthieu Delamaire

Matthieu joined LBO France in 2009.
Matthieu began his career in 1999 as an auditor with Deloitte. He then joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as Manager of the Transaction Services Department in 2001, where he was responsible for analysis and drawing up due diligence reports for industrial customers or private equity funds.
In 2006 Matthieu joined Société Générale's Leveraged Finance teams.

In 1997, Jacques commenced his career with BNP Paribas and held various positions in corporate banking and structured finance in France and in the US.
In 2003, he joined the French leveraged portfolio team of Royal Bank of Scotland in Paris and he was promoted head of the team in 2006.
Pierre Gallix

Pierre Gallix joined LBO France in 2003.
He began his career in 1984 as an engineer on the SME/SMI market with IBM, and subsequently at Econom before helping to create and develop a number of SMEs (technology integration, computer distribution, mail-order sales, leasing). He spent nine years as strategy consultant at LEK in London and Paris, where he conducted strategic and commercial audits on over fifty LBOs.

Stéphanie joined LBO France in 2003.
She commenced her career in Morgan Stanley's real estate department in London in 1999, and then joined the Paris office to work on the MSREF real estate fund. She joined KPMG's Marseilles operation in 2002.
Jérôme Guez

Jérôme joined LBO France in 1999.
In addition to his Télécom Paris engineering course, he studied law at the Assas faculty and obtained a DESS business and tax qualification. He passed the Paris bar exams in 1994 and worked with the British law firm Freshfields, specialising in mergers, acquisitions and tax law.

Before joining LBO France in 2006, from 2003 to 2005 Bernard was CEO at Lafarge, a world leader in building materials (revenue of €16bn).
Bernard joined Lafarge in 1977. He was appointed Deputy CEO of the Lafarge group and member of the Executive Committee in 1981, and subsequently COO in 1989.

Jean-Marie joined LBO France in 2003.
He acquired experience in the small cap segment since 1993 as an auditor with Ernst & Young, then as a senior banker with Paribas, and as Director of mergers & acquisitions at Dôme Close Brothers, where he worked on acquisitions and transfers for investment funds or corporate customers.

Elizabeth joined LBO France in 2003, after 12 years in investment and finance operations.
Elizabeth began her career in 1993 in mergers & acquisitions with Bankers Trust (Deutsche Bank) in Paris and New York, and subsequently at CSFB in London as financial analyst for the food/specialist retail sector. Elizabeth then worked on monitoring and investing in listed and private companies in Bernard Arnault's holding, the Arnault Group.

He developed this firm over 20 years.
Pascal is a founding member of the Euronext list and of the Securities Market Council.

He began his career in 1998 as a Sales Engineer with Lucent Technologies in France, and subsequently in Mexico and the US.

In 2006 he joined Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) in London, where he was responsible for structuring acquisitions and monitoring investment on the "Private Equity & Mezzanine" investment team.

His career began in 1997 at CarnaudMetalbox where he worked as Financial Controller in Hungary and France in the Food and Beverage Divisions. In 2001, he joined the PricewaterhouseCoopers Transaction Services teams in Paris where he performed a number of financial due diligences in a context of major M&A operations for Private Equity or Corporate clients.
Pascal Vermeersch

Pascal joined LBO France at the beginning of 2008.
He began his career as a strategy and organisation consultant at Bossard Consultants, and then joined the mergers & acquisitions team at Hambros Bank in London. He subsequently spent ten years with the PPR distribution and luxury group, initially as Head of Group Strategy, and then as Director of Strategic Development for PPR Interactive. He held several operational posts (Managing Director of a FNAC subsidiary and Commercial Director of Conforama).
