She is responsible for compliance, relationship with regulatory bodies and financial administration of the management company and fund structures (FCPR).
Previously Marie-Astrid was financial controller at AXA Private Equity and focused on administration and control of FCPR/FCPI (French investment vehicles). She commenced her career in 1997 at Mazars where she was auditor in the financial sector.

In 2005 Laurent joined Intermediate Capital Group (ICG), the European mezzanine debt leader, as Assistant Director for the creation and structuring of subordinated debt and equity co-investment operations.

She began her career at Mazars within the unit dedicated to bankruptcy; her main missions: to support companies in difficulty in partnership with key stakeholders to participate in negotiations and Court in the search for potential buyers. Then she joined the Aubart & Associates to create the legal and judicial department to assume, besides legal missions of a portfolio of SMEs, the judicial expertises for evaluations of financial losses.
Agathe holds a double Master's degree, Judicial Careers and Business Law completed by a third audit cycle of company.

As an Investment Manager, she selected European private equity funds, and as a Mandate Manager, she contributed to the development of the relationships between Unigestion and its largest institutional investors.

In 2006 Matthieu joined Société Générale's Leveraged Finance teams.

He began his career in 1984 as an engineer on the SME/SMI market with IBM, and subsequently at Econom before helping to create and develop a number of SMEs (technology integration, computer distribution, mail-order sales, leasing). He spent nine years as strategy consultant at L.E.K. in London and Paris, where he conducted strategic and commercial audits on over fifty LBOs.

He spent 11 years in investment banking in London and Paris, working first for Salomon Smith Barney / Citigroup, then Hawkpoint Partners where he was Director in charge of the industrial, engineering and aerospace and defense sectors. He completed more than 40 M&A and capital market transactions, with a strong focus on LBOs.
He graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and the London School of Economics and teaches corporate finance and strategy at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris.

Guy is administrator of Maus Frères group and Lacoste SA.

Over 20 years, she made a major contribution to the activities of the International Affairs team, the office of the Supervisory Board and then the President's office at Valeo Group.

In 2004, she joined AXA Private Equity where she contributed to the development of investor relations and fundraised many different funds.

From 2007 to 2010, he has successively served as rapporteur and Deputy Secretary-General of the Comité Interministériel de Restructuration Industrielle (CIRI), the restructuring practice of the French Ministry of Finance.
