Italy: second "natural" market
We are fully convinced of the potential of Italy, considered as the second domestic market with a network of highly developed family-owned SMEs, exporters and offering strong opportunities for the Private Equity segment.
With structural dynamics very similar to those observed in France, Italy to us, seems to be an obvious and natural market. We have accelerated our development there by taking a majority stake in Polis SGR. Initially positioned on discounted debt, Polis now brings together all of our activities in Italy and offers a diversified range of investment strategies, integrating Private Equity and Real Estate.
Our ambition is to make Polis a leading alternative management platform in Italy and to play a central role in the development of a market considered key for the years to come, while strengthening our ability to make cross-border investments.

Driven by favourable demographic factors, urbanisation and the rise of the middle classes, Africa is experiencing sustained growth; its cultural and linguistic proximity to Europe leads us to see it as a land of opportunities.
We have thus recreated a platform by being a reference shareholder in CGF Bourse, an asset management company based in Dakar.
As a majority shareholder, we also support the teams of the Joliba Capital Partners funds, which invest mainly in French-speaking and West Africa, as well as Seedstars Africa Ventures, which aims to support start-ups in sub-Saharan Africa.
