LBO France, for more than 30 years, has established relationships with a diversified investor base, whether they be French or international, institutional, sovereign wealth funds or family offices.
Since 2018, LBO France has developed solutions dedicated to private wealth clients and their wealth management advisors. Each LBO France fund is designed to offer solutions tailored to the needs of its investors.

Our Retail Funds
For several years, we have been designing customized investment solutions for private clients and wealth managers. Our strategies, developed with our partners, aim to preserve and enhance capital in a co-investment approach with our institutional funds. Since 2021, we have extended our offering to Public Equity through conviction-based strategies.
Private Equity
Available from €10,000, White Caps Sélection funds are closed-end mutual funds (FCPR format) that operate through progressive capital calls. They invest between 75% and 95% in private equity and between 5% and 25% in real estate, with a co-investment approach alongside our institutional funds.
As an open-ended fund (FCPR format) eligible for life insurance, we have built this fund by deploying our expertise in Private Equity in a vehicle adapted for life insurance.
Public Equity
Stock-picking funds investing in listed equities of small and medium-sized French companies. A concentrated strategy based on a Private Equity approach, integrating financial and non-financial criteria (Environment, Social, Governance).
Seeking capital growth over a recommended investment period of 3 to 5 years, through discretionary management across European and North American equity markets with dynamically managed hedging.
