Paris, September 23, 2025 – LBO France, a multi-specialist investment platform, announces
the acquisition just before summer of the Konti Hotel, a 4-star establishment with 51 rooms located in
the Golden Triangle district of Bordeaux, near Place des Grands Hommes. This transaction
is fully in line with LBO France’s strategy of investing in high-quality hotel assets
in prime locations with strong potential for value creation.
The acquisition of the Konti Hotel brings to nine the number of hotel investments made by LBO
France over the past 15 months. These transactions, carried out on assets ideally located in France
(Marseille, Arcachon, Nice, Strasbourg, Toulouse) and Belgium (Brussels and Antwerp), illustrate
the management teams’ confidence in the value creation potential of these assets, in a
hotel sector that is one of the most resilient and promising in the real estate market.
These investments were made in collaboration or co-investment with Honotel, in which
LBO France is the majority shareholder. A leading hotel operator and investor with a
portfolio of around 50 hotels in France and Europe, Honotel brings its recognized expertise
in hotel management and its expertise in repositioning 3- and 4-star hotel assets,
integrating a strong environmental approach.

Stéphanie Casciola, CEO and Head of Real Estate at LBO France, said: “The acquisition of the Konti hotel
confirms our belief in the attractiveness of the hotel sector and our ability to identify
quality assets in prime city-centre locations, drawing on the expertise
of Honotel. This transaction, carried out alongside Honotel, is part of our strategy to
develop the mid-scale hotel sector and demonstrates our commitment to creating sustainable value
in this resilient sector.”
