New partners join Mazarine’s capital to accelerate its development in France and worldwide.
Paris, 23 January 2023 – Mazarine, an international entertainment, creative and innovation group dedicated to luxury, fashion and culture, is embarking on a new chapter in its history by welcoming new partners.
After an exceptional year in 2022, in which Mazarine achieved a turnover of €182 million, up 40% compared to 2021, the group is bringing LBO France, FG Bros and another lifestyle private equity fund into its capital – to the tune of 38% – to continue its development and ensure its independence. They succeed TRAIL and Vendis Capital, which in recent years have successfully supported Mazarine in its international expansion, particularly in Asia-Pacific and New York.
Under the leadership of its Founding Chairman and majority shareholder, Paul-Emmanuel Reiffers, the group, which will celebrate its 30th anniversary in a few months, has an ambitious plan to expand its network worldwide over the next five years, with the aim of becoming an indispensable and increasingly agile partner for luxury brands. This strategy includes a plan to acquire new expertise that will enrich Mazarine’s offering and attract the best talent.
“I am delighted to be embarking on this new chapter. Our development strategy, based on a multi-disciplinary model, is unique and will enable us to ensure our future growth. Mazarine brings together a large number of personalities and a diversity of talents who cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit. I want to rally all our teams around the corporate project, and I am convinced that together we can take the group to a new level: that of an increasingly valuable partner for luxury brands and culture around the world.”
Paul-Emmanuel Reiffers
“TRAIL is delighted to have supported Paul-Emmanuel Reiffers and the entire Mazarine team and to have actively contributed, as a majority shareholder, to its scaling up and transformation from a national company into a major international player in its market, recognised for its operational excellence. We are delighted that the exit from this investment will enable its founder and the team around him to continue this great entrepreneurial success story.”
