Franck Noiret

Franck joined Innovation Capital in 2005 as a Partner and became part of LBO France in 2016 following the merger of the two firms. He has led numerous industrial exits and IPOs, including Arkadin, EI-Technologies, Esterel Technologies, Golden Telecom, Highdeal, Omni Orthopaedics, Travelprice.com, Tronic’s Microsystems, Valoris, Voluntis, and Zesty. He began his career at Arthur Andersen in 1989 before becoming an investment banker at Société Générale in the City of London. In 1995, Franck joined the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London, where he spent five years investing in Central and Eastern Europe, particularly in the TMT sector. He later joined Apax Partners in Paris in 2000 as a Director responsible for investments in the technology and telecom sectors. Franck is a graduate of Dauphine and Sciences Po Paris. He also holds a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance from Dauphine and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
