Frédéric Teboul

Frédéric joined Innovation Capital in 2003 and became part of LBO France in 2016 following the merger of the two firms. He began his career at NCR in 1988 as a management controller, then joined the Eiffage Group in 1990, where he served as Administrative and Financial Manager of two subsidiaries. In 1998, he joined CDC Entreprises Capital Investissement, where he was responsible for financial matters related to fund-of-funds portfolio management. He later joined Innovation Capital as General Secretary/Chief Financial Officer, where he oversaw fund management, investor relations, middle and back-office teams, as well as regulatory matters related to internal control and compliance (RCCI). Frédéric is a graduate of ECCIP Paris.
