Jérôme Guez
Jérôme joined LBO France in 1999 and has been involved in numerous transactions, including Alvest, Exxelia, and RG Safety. He spent over five years at Freshfields as a lawyer specializing in M&A and tax law. Jérôme is a qualified lawyer and a member of the Paris Bar. He is also a graduate of Telecom Paris, where he completed an engineering program.
