Sébastien Woynar

Sébastien joined LBO France in 2018, bringing 15 years of international experience in the healthcare sector. He began his career in the public sector (French Ministry of Health, then the General Directorate of AP-HP). In 2010, he moved into home healthcare (Orkyn’, Air Liquide Healthcare), where he served as Medical Director, Business Unit Director, and more recently as Director of the Chronic Care Management program and CEO of the CDM e-Health subsidiary. Sébastien holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Versailles-Saint Quentin, a Doctorate in Public Health from the University of North Carolina in the United States, and received training in health economics, policy, and management at the Harvard School of Public Health, the London School of Economics, and Paris Dauphine. He is the author of several articles and books on healthcare management and organization.
