Investment philosophy
Driven by strong convictions about the investment profession, we put our vision at the service of the development and sustainable transformation of companies. Independent, agile and driven by the strength of the collective, our teams have been pioneers in the creation of an integrated investment platform. We position ourselves in high-potential sectors, such as digital health and proptech, and support societal changes.
Value creation
As an investor, our mission is to work on the transformation of portfolio assets through three main levers: business model review, scaling up, and performance and efficiency improvement. In 2010, we also set up one of the first operational teams in our industry. Bringing together experienced profiles who have held management or consulting positions, they support companies in their transformation and growth projects. Initially dedicated to Private Equity, our operational team also works with investment teams in other verticals, including Venture.
Investing with meaning and impact
We have been actively committed to ESG and climate issues from an early stage. Since 2011, these issues have been an integral part of our approach as investors. We address energy transition, decarbonisation and value sharing through a pragmatic and proactive approach, working as close as possible with our portfolio companies to support their progress and obtain concrete results, bringing social and environmental innovations.
