Mathilde Pouliquen

Mathilde joined LBO France in 2016 with the Innovation Capital team. She had previously joined Innovation Capital in 2000 as a legal counsel. She is responsible for the legal and middle-office aspects of venture capital financing transactions, as well as the legal monitoring of investments in both listed and unlisted portfolio companies. She also handles legal and regulatory matters related to the various funds under management. Mathilde holds a postgraduate degree in Business Law.
