Delphine joined LBO France end of 2022. She started her career in banking, mainly in Equity Capital Markets teams, from 1993 until 2001 ; then she joined the French Professional Association for corporate/securities law and governance (ANSA) until 2010. From 2010 to 2019, she was in charge of corporate, governance, compliance and regulatory issues at Wendel (Investment Firm listed in Paris). In 2020, she joined the EXEL Industries Group as Legal Director, Secretary to the Board and member of the Executive Committee.
Delphine graduated of ScPo Paris, holds a master's degree in business and tax law from Paris II Assas and a professional degree from UCLA.
